Founded over 70 years ago, Pack 9 is one of the most active Cub Scout packs serving boys and girls in the Fort Worth area. We have a long history of successfully delivering the Adventure of Scouting!

Pack 9 meets at University United Methodist Church which is located in the TCU area. Most meetings take place on Monday nights at 6:30pm and last one hour, sometimes a little more. Scouts' achievements are recognized during monthly Pack meetings where Dens perform skits and run-ons, we sing, and we gather as a single group.

Age-based dens hold additional meetings outside of the Pack meeting. Den meetings involve games, crafts, skill development and other activities focused on advancement.

We are a small, active Pack. We camp as a group at least twice a year, attend an orienteering competition and other District and Council events, host a Pinewood Derby, perform community service, and work on conservation projects. 

Our Leadership Team is made up of qualified adults, trained by the BSA and through Ministry Safe, and approved by University United Methodist Church, our Charter Organization. We are proud of our parent volunteers and grateful for their service and dedication in leading our Pack!
